I was able to set up the appointment through the Ford app and was greeted by Katie who took care of me. He did a great job installing the tires just one problem. His steering wheel was not straight. I purchased an led emblem for my 2024 F 250 and they charged me $387 for the emblem and he same amount for install labor. The part was on ford.com for $299 and i would have installed it myself had I kno charged me $387 for the emblem and he same amount for install labor. The part was on ford.com for $299 and i would have installed it myself had I known it would almost be $900. No one gave me a quote. I never would have signed on for $350+ for labor. Very unhappy. The gal was locked in but failed to tell me how much it was going to cost. More
