The experience of having a issue with my truck is very unfortunate 😕. When calling the service center. They assure me that they were going to get right to the issue. I was welcomed like it was my home. The personal was so kind to me and understanding with the unfortunate situation. They rushed my truck to operation shop. Within a short period. They found me in the comfortable waiting area where I was enjoying the refreshments and enjoying the program on the flat-screen. They informed me that the computer controller has a problem and that it would need to be replaced. Afterwards they conducted me to a waiting vehicle to use until mine was repaired. It being a late day in the week it would be the following week to be repaired. When notify the parts were in that it would be the next day ready for pick up. The next day came . I went to receive my truck. I was greeted with smiley faces. Reporting the issues with my vehicle was taken care of and waits my arrival. I can't express the pleasure of dealing with Dick Smith Ford of Columbia S C. The personal in the service lane are top notch. I was introduced to the service manager Scott and was very impressed. There was a software update scheduled for my Maverick which was handled immediately. They sent a driver to my home to get my truck and returned it when the Job was completed. which was handled immediately.
