My vehicle serviced seemed rushed and incomplete. I don’t believe my tires were NOT really rotated due to the fact that I had one of my tires pressure lower than the others and the position never cha I don’t believe my tires were NOT really rotated due to the fact that I had one of my tires pressure lower than the others and the position never changed on the display after the rotation, no hand marks from the brake dust indicting that the wheels were not touched but I couldn’t prove it. The technician insisted that he rotated them so I left it alone but strongly believe he didn’t and my oil change percentage wasn’t reset. I did that myself down the highway. More
Nick was nice and helpful. However, I expected that my F150 fluids would be topped off. So after I noticed, I had to drive out to an autoparts store to buy fluids and top everything off. The coolant level was on minimum. At the oil change before this one, the serviceman ran my F150 through the washer at the dealership and topped off the fluids. That was nice and I appreciated that. Every time I’ve had the oil changed at a Ford dealership, they have asked me what type of oil I want to use. No one asked this time, so I really don’t know what type oil was put in, based on the invoice. More
