When Scheduling an appointment was told that my bill would be 69.95 then after service it turned to $105 which isn't a big issue but the next item was. Next my Tucson has only 31000 miles on it trying to get an issues looked at for the warrantee they wanted me to pay 259 for diagnostics when it should be covered under the 60000 mile 5 year warrantee so I took it to another Dealership where they didn't charge me to look at it and have now found the fault as a bad transmission. I brought in my car for an issue that was covered under warranty and they sent me hundreds of dollars of maintenance work even though I had an oil change there just a few months ago and none of these thing warranty and they sent me hundreds of dollars of maintenance work even though I had an oil change there just a few months ago and none of these things were mentioned. The bill they sent had a random $180 charge that was a mistake and was not mentioned until I asked. It was impossible to get any of the service technicians on the phone and the operator was no help. It took hours for them to return voicemail messages. Overall not an enjoyable experience. More
