I called to set my appointment and voice my concerns and was promised a call back. That never happened. I called the service department to again attempt to discuss the complaint of my vehicle on going issue was promised a call back. That never happened. I called the service department to again attempt to discuss the complaint of my vehicle on going issue and to address the need of loaner and I received NO call back. When I arrived on the date of service I was told to sit and wait for a courtesy shuttle ride home. After sitting for a while, I checked with the front desk and it turns out that person had called out, which I can understand what I don’t understand is the lack of communication. I have been service in other dealers where they will send you home in an Uber if no courtesy Shuttle was available. I purchased my vehicle from another Hyundai dealership in Florida. This vehicle has been a headache and has already needed a new transmission within the first two months of owning it that’s not the dealerships faults. But had someone called me back they would’ve understood my concerns and had a loaner available for me. 24 hours after having my vehicle, I received a call advising that a loaner would be available. Please understand purchased a seven passenger vehicle because that is what my family needs and to be put in a smaller vehicle is unsatisfactory. Additionally, I did provide the service department with permission to take my Vehicle home So that better attempts at duplicating issues could be documented as I have done this in other service departments and my vehicles fuel level was always retuned the way I left it. Not the case with your service department. However I’m sure that if I would’ve left your loaner vehicle with less fuel, there would’ve been a surcharge on my side. I think that fueling the vehicle to the level I entered the dealership with should’ve been a common courtesy. The service assistance only response was “ You gave us permission to take the vehicle home that was your choice” To sum things up Uber charges and missing fuel, no actual resolution and an I don’t care attitude makes me think twice about going back to your dealership for service. While the oild change and tire rotation went well. They forgot to do my multi point inspection even though it was invoiced. And I asked when my next big service was due. I said im here now and the car has been here for 6 hours. Why wasn't it brought up when I checked in. I would have done it that day. I was told the checking person should have caught it... they did not. Now I have to come back again. First time this has ever happened. But I was transferred 2 times to different check in people More
inspection list missed Air filter change. I had to go somewhere else to do that. Waiting was a little too long for scheduled maintenance that ended up to be only oil change and oil filter.
