I brought in my car for an issue that was covered under warranty and they sent me hundreds of dollars of maintenance work even though I had an oil change there just a few months ago and none of these thing warranty and they sent me hundreds of dollars of maintenance work even though I had an oil change there just a few months ago and none of these things were mentioned. The bill they sent had a random $180 charge that was a mistake and was not mentioned until I asked. It was impossible to get any of the service technicians on the phone and the operator was no help. It took hours for them to return voicemail messages. Overall not an enjoyable experience. More

I’ve used Dick Smith since buying my 2011 car there. I will not be going back and will not be buying a Hyundai again as they are the only dealership near me to service it. Person taking appointment res I will not be going back and will not be buying a Hyundai again as they are the only dealership near me to service it. Person taking appointment reservation failed to document reasons for service even though spent a lot of time telling the scheduler. Reserved a shuttle to get to work and was told it was available. When I arrived, there was no shuttle available and had to wait until the service manager came in to drive me, which made me late to work. After they said my car was done I got a ride to pick it up. I was forced to use their automated system to tell them do all the work recommended, but for some reason they didn’t read my message and said I declined everything. They showed me their computer screen and it clearly showed my message saying do all repairs. More of my time wasted and inconvenience. They replaced a TPMS sensor, but the tire pressure light was on in the car at pickup, as it is today. What a waste of money. The agent repeatedly told me it was a speed sensor, when it is actually a Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor. The waiting area was not clean, which I normally wouldn’t care about except had to spend so much time there . More
