When I called to make the appointment, I asked the woman that I spoke with if the tire rotation was still on warranty and she replied “I don’t know “….. When I arrived for my appointment there was no tea or that I spoke with if the tire rotation was still on warranty and she replied “I don’t know “….. When I arrived for my appointment there was no tea or coffee stocked in the lobby.. and considering those are the only complimentary or paid snacks provided, that’s pretty disappointing … Go check the Toyota dealership’s snacks and learn from them… Then I was told that I needed an alignment IMMEDIATELY, except I know that my car is straight as an arrow & has minimal wear on my tires… Lastly, I was also told that I needed cabin & engine filters IMMEDIATELY, & pictures were sent on the text I received. I declined everything and had my husband look at the filters. It appears that the people that looked at my filters and saw leaves & debris that could have been removed by SIMPLY turning the filter over and giving a tap choose to stick it back in my car just as it was. I am just trying to give constructive criticism & hope you will take it as such. Thank you, Tina Davis More

The dealer got my car and got information from me. As I sat in the lounge watching TV a person called my name. The car was finished and when I started the car the radio was working again. The service person I had wasn’t very personable and acted like I was interrupting his morning when I walked up to the counter. When I had previous work done or a recall fixed, my car was always run through t like I was interrupting his morning when I walked up to the counter. When I had previous work done or a recall fixed, my car was always run through the car wash. Not this time and they even left the # sign on the floor board of my car. He pointed to where my car was parked and went on about his business. They used to bring it around for me . I’ve been in CS for 30+ years and I would never treat my customers like he did . I will not ever come back to this location again. More
