Was quoted a price for oil change. Was not informed that the oil filter and other items were extra. Also, they use to wash vehicle, not any more. So much for being a loyal customer. I was greeted promptly. I was dismayed that my car's history did not seem to be available for tech to review, as I bought my car from this dealership in March. With recent changes made at this dealership in March 2025 where they have started charging 3% Credit Card surcharge on top of the amount along with 50% increase in everyday maintenance like Oil Changes and r where they have started charging 3% Credit Card surcharge on top of the amount along with 50% increase in everyday maintenance like Oil Changes and removing all the amenities in the guest waiting area; this is not a dealership that I would recommend anyone to use. $100 for an Oil Change on Rogue 2021; this is standard oil change and not any premium or luxury vehicle oil change, it has become unaffordable. I recommend asking around for everyday maintenance cost before visiting this dealership as you may save a lot of cost. The dealership is now going to lose business for other recommended repairs because if I am taking my vehicle someplace else for oil change this means those dealers will be recommended what they see needs repair and while I am there I am going to chose them to make those repairs. It is a suboptimal move from the new leadership at this dealership. Nissan USA on radio is running a campaign that they are not raising pricing as they are going to build vehicles in USA with imported parts to save on tariff while at the same time this dealership has significantly moved prices. I do not understand who Nissan is letting this dealership make these types of directionally opposite move. I have shared this same feedback on the phone to this dealership. I hope they listen and reserve their decisions. More
