My most recent service appointment ended up costing me twice the amount of the original estimate due to additional damage they caused but refused to cover. There is a clear lack of comprehension regarding "customer lifetime value" on behalf of their Service Manager. In the span of 4-1/2 years, including a new vehicle purchase and prior service appointments—I've personally spent tens of thousands at their dealership. Due to the ineptitude of the service manager, they've ensured I will not be spending any additional money with Dick Smith Automotive Group. More

I called in and let the receptionist know my concerns with my vehicle. She booked my appointment, I get there and after them having my vehicle in the back over an hour I was told that they didn’t have ti with my vehicle.
