I came all the way From Greensboro, North Carolina and was not really looking for a car, but knew that I had to get one because I was in a really bad accident that totaled my car. The people that I came in contact with from the very beginning were amazing. Alston and Godwin were amazing the entire time from the receptionist to just the other employees. Everyone made me feel really welcomed. The process was very easy and it didn’t take long at all I would strongly suggest if you’re looking for a car to definitely come here! The staff is very accommodating, but the product is unreliable. I had my rogue in three times in less than a year for the same sensor. It shouldn’t take two hours to get an oil change in tire rotation. It did me, but I hear noises now coming from my tires I’m gonna bring it in other than that. The center is is good. Dealer was friendly, however not thorough. Dealer says they did the recall, yet Nissan is still notifying me that the recall was never done. Also they did not reset my Oil Change mileage (lu Dealer says they did the recall, yet Nissan is still notifying me that the recall was never done. Also they did not reset my Oil Change mileage (luckily its not hard to do). Also I came in with low Tire pressures and I figured they would at least tell me, even though I already knew..Or as a standard auto shop would do, I figured theyd set them at the right TP) But wishful thinking. Overall they aren't bad. They just leave me wondering if they actually changed the oil too :) More
