"Service Department"

Not recommended. Took 2 hours longer than it should. Over booked. Parts not stocked. Estimates for future work too high. Only went in for a recall.

"Poor Customer Service"

Their parts department really struggles to order the correct parts. Several times I've ordered a few hundred dollars worth of parts through them on separate orders, only to find that they ordered the wrong parts even while having my vehicle VIN. Very disappointed in this dealership. Will not bring them any more of my business.

"Brakes"

I went to get rear brakes put on my 2013 kia and. They told me i needed new rotors but because they dont like reusing kia rotors. For the cost of $440 + tax. So i got a second oppinion and my rotors were still in very good shape. So i just needed rear brake. Total cost $162 plus i get a $30 mail in rebate.

"Bad Mechanics and poor ethics."

Long story short. I purchased a solid 2005 F150 from them a few months ago. 50k miles. It developed a small stutter when accelerating onto the highway. They said it was timing tensioners, i said ok and let them fix it. BAD IDEA! Truck has had non stop problems every since. First they timed it wrong and now the engine just runs bad. poor idle and misfires. 5th time back so far and still no progress all the while they tell me it runs fine. I regret ever buying from them. Never will again.

"Horrible customer service"

I recently had an oil change done here on my 2003 Ranger. My appt was at 11:30 on a Saturday and I was out of there by 12:30. I did some running around all afternoon and finally made it home around 5:30. I need to run somewhere about 5:50 and walked out to find a huge puddle of oil under my truck. Knowing that they closed at 6 I quickly made my way back down there. I called on my way and (after being hung up on once) was told to just hold onto my truck until Monday because they were closing in 8 minutes. That didn't work for me. When I arrived I got the usual we're doing everything we can to help you out, until the sales manager came to meet. He informed me that they had no way of getting me a loaner car, nor any way of helping me out. After a bit of heated exchange he told me to either take it home and "fill it with oil as needed until Monday" or leave it there and find a way home. When I told him I didn't have a way home he told me to call a taxi. It wasn't until I was finally able to get him to let me talk to his boss that I was able to get anywhere. In the end they pulled my truck in and found the drain plug loose, tightened it up, and had to put 2 quarts of oil back in it get it back to where it needed to be. This is the second experience with Witham Ford that has caused to nearly boil over. With receipt in hand to prove my oil change had happened just 5 ours prior, they basically told me to @#$% off in front of everyone. I will never have any service done there again, nor would I ever consider helping out the sales manager by purchasing a car there.
