What shuttle service? I had scheduled my 15,000 mile service check up online. My appointment was for Dec. 28 at 900 am. I also scheduled a shuttle to take me home. I arr I had scheduled my 15,000 mile service check up online. My appointment was for Dec. 28 at 900 am. I also scheduled a shuttle to take me home. I arrived at 850 am and got right in. I asked my service rep when would the shuttle take me home. He ushered me to the waiting area and said it would be a few minutes. I waited 20 minutes before going to the receptionist and asking about the shuttle. She asked me who helped me and I told her. I don't remember his name. She said it would be just a few more minutes. 90 minutes went by and I went out to the service center. By then the car was done and I asked where was the shuttle. They talked among themselves and determined whoever was suppose to do the shuttle. I never got an answer but paid for the service. I did not get an apology for the not getting the shuttle I reserved nor did I get any kind of discount for the time I had to wait when I had things to do at home. By car I am five minutes away. So far I have always done my service work at the dealer I bought the car from. This is the second time I have not had a good experience. I hope there isn't a third. More

Gone and forgotten We had two issues that I considered minor but the main fact nobody has contacted me to get them fixed in over 3 weeks kinda sucks.
