I want to make this very clear...my rating Was Not due to Gary the line salesperson...Gary did his job well...I have been in the business for over 40/yrs.I shared my past experience with staff and was assur Gary the line salesperson...Gary did his job well...I have been in the business for over 40/yrs.I shared my past experience with staff and was assured that I was receiving an ( in the business relationship courtesy treatment) Part of this issue is my fault for trusting a local(thought respected co) to deal with. I went with my son to purchase his first buying experience on a vehicle/(he has owned 3/prior handed down) auto's...I knew he was light on down...and although he had a good credit score his credit was limited,.we wanted to purchase a new vehicle but were told after several credit submits....that he could only qualify for a preowned. I was comfortable with that if right auto was found. They came up with a 2010/Hyundai/low miles,52K..one owner...good car fax... and overall a decent automobile.I was assured that the price would be right for the YR/Model etc...(this is where I made the mistake of TRUST) I should have left made a few calls or checked on internet...but I didn't...they loaded the price up to max///(financing) and then we headed into F&I..He did a very poor job of disclosure...thinking that when he buried the (over/priced) extended warranty and the auto theft into the contract it would fly...well I did see the above items and wanted a warranty for my son...I just let it fly ,thinking all along that we got a courtesy discount on the price for the auto...OH WELL was I wrong about that....(This young man needs to attend a Ryan and Associate's, F&I School)to learn proper disclosure, before the dealership ends up in serious trouble. Also the TWO managers on duty were the weakest I've seen in many years. I'm forgetting the lack of honesty in the dealing process...but their lack of experience on the desk and closing skills....The real person I'm most sorry for is my son....for the overpriced/financed burden I dumped on him. I will find away to make it up to him...but bare in mind I will also find a way to spread the word on my experience with Dick's Hyundai Dealership...Karma is a wonderful thing!!!Now that I have vented ...it was also expressed to us that we would leave with a ful tank of gas....not surprised we left with less than a quarter...good luck guys!! Lisa listened to me and what i was wanting in a car, and also what i could afford.. within 2 hours i drove away in my new car :) the process and experience was smooth and actually enjoying.. More
Bart helped us both over the phone and in person. He also was not "high pressure", but rather focused on helping us find the car we wanted at the price we could afford. He did an excellent job, and helped us with everything we asked. We are very pleased with him and all the folks who helped, and will highly recommend your dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This was probably my best experience buying a car. This is my second Tucson..the first died last Friday in a head on accident that my 5 year old girl,12 yr old son and wife survived and I believe the Tucson was the reason.I NEVER even considered another mode head on accident that my 5 year old girl,12 yr old son and wife survived and I believe the Tucson was the reason.I NEVER even considered another model to replace the first one. The Tucson 's safety engineering let my family come home.Thank God!!I have pictures that show how this vehicle can handle a 60-80 MPH combined head on collision and still nothing but air bag and seat belt bruising. It makes me wonder why I and anyone else would even seriously consider anything other than a Hyundai.The dealership was refreshing with pricing and "get the sale done" attitude.I cant imagine ever buying a car anywhere else! Bart went way above and beyond on helping me with my purchase. He facilitate finding the perfect car for my daughter and was able to get me where I wanted to be price wise, an extended warranty, and all purchase. We are using this purchase to build my daughters credit and get her on the right path. Bart also did a great job navigating all the paperwork that needed to be done since I was out of state at the time of the purchase, and was able to get my daughter into the car in a real quick manner. He and his associates really went above and beyond what you'd find these days in customer service, not only in the auto industry, but in business all together. Bravo Dicks for having such great people on your staff! More

We started by simply window shopping, checking on a car we saw on line. We worked with Tony first, but on his day off we met Diana. She was great too. Being very close to my height, she really understood m we saw on line. We worked with Tony first, but on his day off we met Diana. She was great too. Being very close to my height, she really understood my challenge of finding a car that I felt comfortable in. She did not get frustrated with me when car after car did not work as I have experienced in the past. My husband and I both enjoyed working with her. The only downfall to the sale, which was partly our fault, was there were some things in the paperwork that we got confused on working with the manager and the man who writes the contracts. We ended up having to call later and clarify some things, but they answered the questions well. So listen and read carefully. Bottom line, Diana and Tony were great and I would go there again. We love our car. More
