Made an appointment to view a 2018 Chevrolet Trax. The salesperson was Scott Bickley. He was ill prepared and lacked product knowledge of the vehicle in question. Upon my return, I asked Mr. Bickley what the best price on the vehicle was and he went into some schpeel about pricing based on algorithms which sounded like a lot of sales bull. He then asked me where I thought it should be priced. Upon hearing my response, he replied in a very smart xxx tone; "I guess you're looking at the wrong car." I turned to him, replied "I guess I am." Handed him the key and left the lot. He was unprofessional, unprepared and a complete xxx hat. I would not recommend this dealership if you were buying a bicycle. Nor would I recommend you purchase it from Mr. Bickley. More

Quite a story here: On the last night of a cross-country drive from LA to Boston, A deer hit my Tacoma while driving the speed limit on I-80.
