It was very painful to deal with you guys You May have protocols in documents that you require, but when we previously purchased vehicles in the state of Pennsylvania, we were never asked for those docume protocols in documents that you require, but when we previously purchased vehicles in the state of Pennsylvania, we were never asked for those documents. I know I wasn’t very nice, my apologies! However protocols in documents that you require, but when we previously purchased vehicles in the state of Pennsylvania, we were never asked for those documents! My apologies, for not being nice to whom I dealt with! I know how to purchase a vehicle and those documents were not necessary! However, Paul was fine, the lady in finance was fine, the delivery guy was fine. In my opinion..,it’s too difficult to buy a vehicle from a new car dealer. Too much paper work ! More

We were not told that our oil change and tire rotation would cost until after the service was performed. I called and left several messages asking and nobody ever called us back.
