NaShawn was the perfect salesperson! I dread going to buy a car because of the high pressure, but there was none of that with him!! He made me feel like he was truly a partner in helping I dread going to buy a car because of the high pressure, but there was none of that with him!! He made me feel like he was truly a partner in helping me get the perfect vehicle for me! I test drove a Passport and then I wanted to drive a Pilot for comparison. There was a different package Pilot in the front, but he went to the back lot to get me a Pilot that had the same package as the passport so I had a direct comparison. Bob came over and introduced himself while I was there, then he called me Monday morning to see how I liked my vehicle and about my experience, NaShawn called me a few hours later. I feel very taken care of with Diehl, I would definitely recommend NaShawn to my friends. More
I made an appointment to have a noise looked at in my car. The car is under warranty. When the tech addressed me he informed me that if it was not warranty related I would be charged 159.95. I was not to car. The car is under warranty. When the tech addressed me he informed me that if it was not warranty related I would be charged 159.95. I was not told this when I made the appointment. After becoming upset the manager did make it right, but the tech continued to ask me questions as if the noise was my fault. Had I been in an accident? Have I had the injectors worked on? WHAT ITS A BRAND NEW CAR!! It continued if it was an animal I would have to turn into my insurance. I was so stressed out by the end of this appointment! I have bought 2 brand new Hondas at this location. Not only will I not purchase another vehicle here I will never have another service done here. More
