Sales person told me that I was such a good customer that they would take a loss on this deal. (You must have learned that in the dumb customer sales school). I explicitly told Sponseller not to add any opti they would take a loss on this deal. (You must have learned that in the dumb customer sales school). I explicitly told Sponseller not to add any options on to the sales agreement. Only the purchase of vehicle and no more. After reviewing the digital contract sent to me via e-mail, I found I was the purchaser of a $308.00 "Theft Protection Program" that I wasn't told about or even mentioned. A five year worthless add on for a three year lease. Nice going guys! Don't bother to contact me again. You have earned your reputations once again! More
