Dealership (Salesman) was very helpful and very patient during the couple times that we came to test out the cars. The CRV – EX seems to be exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. We had a warning l during the couple times that we came to test out the cars. The CRV – EX seems to be exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. We had a warning light come on soon as we got it home and they gave us a loaner car and treated us with great respect until they were able to fix it in a few days. We did not have a great experience on the day that we came for signing. We were told we had to close by Tuesday and I said we hated to wait around so please have everything ready. We had to wait quite a while until our car was ready for us to take. Also we were pressured by the salesman And the finance department to buy gap insurance. First, it was about $50 a month and then he said he could lower it to about $27 per month. We called our insurance man and got it for about four dollars per month! Thus in general, We would give our experience of four star out of five. I would recommend the dealership and the salesman, but I would warn people about the selling tactics. More
