Came in for servicr for new window seals. 4 of them I was quoted 680 and two hours. Decided to do only two. Was told it would be half the cost. Tried to charge me 580 after 4 hours. I went to Diehl when I was having car issues and needed another vehicle. They were actually having an event so they were SO busy but EVERYONE was so nice even though I was there without an appointment and another vehicle. Duane had 3 other people he was assisting & myself & he still gave me the time I needed when we talked and was so knowledgeable. He was very patient and it felt like he wasn’t just a car salesman but felt like he truly cared! He ended up having to stay 2 hours past close so I can close on my vehicle & still was so nice to me the entire time & didn’t make me feel unwelcome. He moved everything over from my old car to the new one & still stayed to show me the key features of my car!! Was not rushed at all. I’m very thankful I chose this location & very happy with my Honda! More
