I made an appointment and waited 2 weeks for an inspection for $117 they made me wait 3 hours did two factory recalls never told me they were going to do it told me they test drove my car to find t inspection for $117 they made me wait 3 hours did two factory recalls never told me they were going to do it told me they test drove my car to find the problem I brought it in for they lied to me they did not drive the car never went over anything with me and handed me a $2,100 estimate I have since went other places six of them as a matter of fact and they fixed my problem on the first visit and I think you're service department is a fraud and she refunded my $117 I will go out of my way to tell people how bad your services and a bunch of wires and con artists have a nice day I miss the Wacom group More

Three oil changes ago I was told I only had five oil changes left. So I basically purchased 2 years worth of oil changes that got thrown into the loan meaning it wasn't such a great deal because I purchased oil changes at a supposedly great price however that fantastic price also got interest added on yearly. had I known that I would have just paid for oil changes out of pocket at a local shop. I went to Diehl first because they were the closest to my house. I had 2 other dealerships I planned to visit prior to purchasing a Tucson. They made the car buying experience fun and enjoyable. I would have given Diehl a 5 except I was never told the cost for Zurich Shield. I made a big mistake not asking what it cost. To me the cost of $2,000 was not worth it. I expected more transparency. More
