First I got sold a certified pre owned with bad breaks and a broken heated seat then the guy that sold me the car wouldn’t return my calls or texts (Joe Capuano) then service eventually got my car and wha and a broken heated seat then the guy that sold me the car wouldn’t return my calls or texts (Joe Capuano) then service eventually got my car and what was supposed to be a next day fix took over a week with them telling me one thing then doing something completely differently. Multiple missed timelines. They did bring me a loaner car eventually which I appreciated however it was already after I had to call off a day of work. Once I got my car back (a week later) the breaks were super soft and almost went to the floor. Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Complete disaster. Incompetent staff through and through. 0 out of 10 I wouldn’t come back here if you gave me a car for free. More
I have been taking my Mitsubishi here since I bought it. (5 yrs) Was a little disappointed at my last visit to find that the diagnostic fees are not apply to repair cost. SIDE NOTE: I love Molly, she’s my (5 yrs) Was a little disappointed at my last visit to find that the diagnostic fees are not apply to repair cost. SIDE NOTE: I love Molly, she’s my favorite and her customer service is 5 star!!! But fact that my repair was roughly over $600 but then tacked on a $280 for two separate diagnostics fees is WILD. So, I pay $280 before parts or repairs are even done. With car repairs being so astronomical as it is, to add that on and not go towards the cost of the repairs if they are done in your shop, I’m not a fan of that policy. If I get the diagnosed repairs done at your shop it should go towards the repair. Other than that like I said, Molly and the cashier ladies are top notch, five stars, the diagnostics fee policy is what gets the three stars. More

The service was efficient and professional, however the pressure to add on services not needed was unappealing. I went for an oil change with a vehicle that only has 25k miles and they tried to talk me int pressure to add on services not needed was unappealing.
