They don’t communicate well. No follow up. I had to contact, just to find out someone on vacation. Then got the run around with the part for my car and when it would be ready. Al No follow up. Also, When needing to make an appointment they don’t ask accurate questions to schedule accordingly. I’ve wasted time and miles due to service appointments. More

Technician may have been overwhelmed with amount of work. It took 2 and half hours to change oil, rotate tire, and check multiple vehicle inspection. The worse thing was the lug nuts were not tightened co It took 2 and half hours to change oil, rotate tire, and check multiple vehicle inspection. The worse thing was the lug nuts were not tightened correctly causing wheels to make thumbing noise. Vehicle was returned to garage and corrections were made. Three hours later I was able to return home. More
