I was scheduled for a 2:00 PM appointment on a Wednesday; my car had to be towed because it would not start. My car was not even diagnosed until Thursday or Friday and the the service advisor would not keep my car had to be towed because it would not start. My car was not even diagnosed until Thursday or Friday and the the service advisor would not keep us updated. We had to continuously call ourselves for updates only to receive a voicemail. My car was not ready for pick-up until the following Wednesday. I went an entire week without a vehicle and had to be the one to ask for updates every few days. Very poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and a shortage of technicians lead to a very poor experience for us. More
We were entirely happy with the sales process in the value given on our trade-in. However, we bought an aftermarket warranty through the dealership since it was a six year old car. A week after having it, there was a major mechanical problem that was covered under the warranty, However, the paperwork hadn’t been filed by the dealership yet with the warranty company. We lost multiple days trying to get that figured out along with the fact that the entire time we were without the car, we weren’t able to get our rental that is included in the warranty. More
