I had to wait on a loaner car but that wasn't the dealerships fault, the women who had it before never brought it back. Everyone at the dealership went above and beyond. Joe is a great salesman and went the extra mile to ensure the deal went smoothly and that I was comfortable every step of the way. Mark is such a great guy too!! He picked me up and drove me quite a dista the deal went smoothly and that I was comfortable every step of the way. Mark is such a great guy too!! Matt is who I first met when looking for a car over a year ago when I was just browsing, I kept him in mind when I got serious about getting a Mitsubishi this year and although he had moved to a differen year ago when I was just browsing, I kept him in mind when I got serious about getting a Mitsubishi this year and although he had moved to a different car dealership within Diehl, he was still able and willing to help me. I went back to Matt because he is very kind and knows his cars and was not pushy. He was very patient with me and when it was time he and his co-workers helped me out.
