I was there for three hours and forty five minutes for my appointment to change oil. They are very unorganized. My appointment was scheduled for 8, when they knew part of it was going to require contacting H appointment to change oil. They are very unorganized. My appointment was scheduled for 8, when they knew part of it was going to require contacting Hyundai of America, which doesn’t open until 9. I would have appreciated more communication and updates since I was there for such a long duration of time. More
