I thought Waikim's was bad. You are tied with them! I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on March 8th. I sat there for an hour and half! I had asked if the window washer fluid would be filled. They said everything will be topped off,WRONG! I was half way home when the low windshield fluid light came on. I went straight back to Hyundai. Robert put half of a gallon in. Then he said he only had to put about a 1/4 in. He lied right to my face. I was in the car but I could see everything. It was marked on my paper that it was checked. I wonder what else wasn't checked! More

The service manager was horrible. Always the same with that guy. Pricing is never what he says and he never helps with warranty items. I’m very disappointed. I honestly feel I didn’t get a hole change as I came in to get. I checked my oil the next day and it was at the same level it was when I brought it I honestly feel I didn’t get a hole change as I came in to get. I checked my oil the next day and it was at the same level it was when I brought it in. The service man had the edacity to say I used it in one day. REALLY.. I was told it would take close to two hours for the recall and oil change. I know they didn’t check my fluids. Most places that care check tire pressure and everything. I honestly felt discriminated against. Robert and the guy who did the register when I came in was amazing. I will spread the word to double check all work. I’m sad. More
