Excellent sales experience I came in for a service for my mothers vehicle and looked around the lot to see what there was and had found a 2012 GMC Arcada that I had an interest I came in for a service for my mothers vehicle and looked around the lot to see what there was and had found a 2012 GMC Arcada that I had an interest in looking at. It was only 8:30 and the dealership was not open until 9. Vaughn West happened to be just getting in and asked if he could help me. The dealership not being open and Vaughn taking the time to ask me if he could help before he needed to was something that only someone that cared about the customer would do. With him showing the vehicle to me got me looking harder at the vehicle and he took the time to see what he could do with a payment that I would be comfortable paying, got me to think about the purchase. We took sometime in reviewing the car and I had my wife change her plans that day to also come to look at the vehicle. After so discussion with my wife, we ended up purchasing the vehicle that afternoon. If Vaughn had not taken the time with me, I most likely would have passed on the purchase.
