I recently bought a newer used car and my salesman Vaughn West was great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Well, it was a blessing because the first one got sold but the second one was a much better and perfect fit for me. I needed to downsize to a smaller car but with one that had some decent extra options and pricing. It was exactly was I was looking for and a very long search but Waikem always comes through with the right inventory. This is the 3rd used car I have purchased from the Waikem auto group. I will be back again for sure. More

I had been searching online for a 2011/2012 used Chevy Tahoe for weeks. I contacted several dealerships throughout the State of Ohio to inquire about specific vehicles that were being offered for sale. Tahoe for weeks. I specifically wanted to know the best "out-the-door" pricing up front before my wife and I went driving all over the State. Waikem Hyundai was the only dealership that was willing to accommodate me. I was initially communicating with Erin Dawson, the Internet Sales Manager, whose responses were prompt and courteous. To complete the sale, I worked with Lee Giavasis, one of Waikem Hyundai's Sales Associates and Don Warner, Waikem Hyundai's Sales Manager. Lee and I had an extensive conversation on the telephone Friday evening, and with the help of Don Warner, reached an "out-the-door" price that my wife and I were comfortable with. We went to the dealership Saturday morning to take a test drive and complete the deal. Lee greeted us as we stepped out of our vehicle and took us inside to introduce us to Don. I found out afterwards that Don came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly. My wife and I were impressed by how friendly the people were at the dealership. Several people stopped to talk with us as went stood in the lobby. Lee joined us for a fairly long test drive that resulted in us deciding that we wanted the Tahoe. When we went back to the dealership to finish the deal, I insisted on using my bank where we had already been preapproved for our loan to which they agreed. Lee drove us to a local branch to sign the loan papers and get the check. While we were finishing our business at the bank, Lee ordered a pizza to be delivered at the dealership because he heard my wife tell me that she was hungry. When we finally returned, the Tahoe was detailed and gassed up for us. This is the first time that we've purchased a vehicle in nine years, and we were extremely impressed by Waikem Hyundai's operation. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend the Waikem Hyundai dealership and especially our Sales Associate Lee Giavasis. More

My daughter and I had been car shopping most of the morning in the Canton area. We stopped at Waikem Hyundai about 1:00 p.m. and it didn't take long to see that this is a car buyer's dealership. Friendly and not intrusive, as most (all) other dealers in our opinon were. After a test drive we decided to see what they would offer. In a very short time we came to an agreeable offer. By 3:00 p.m. we were out the door with my daughter's new car and very happy about the whole process. I had some difficulties with the Santa Fe I purchased from another Dealer and problens with the Dealer as well. When Hyundai asked me to choose a dealer to work with going forward, I chose Waikem. Although they had a problem not of their making thrown in their lap, both Don and Matt's tireless efforts to help me resolve the issue were a credit to both the dealership and the Hyundai Company. My new Santa Fe was delivered to me yesterday evening. Instead of handing me the keys and thanking me for my business, which would have echoed the treatment I received at the previous dealership, Matt Edmunds insisted on taking me through a complete walkthrrough of the vehicle inclding fluid check and fill locations. When the radio wouldn't synch up to my cell phone contacts, a situation the previous dealer shrugged their shoulders and apologized for, Matt again insisted that I let Robbie (apparently the Waikem electronics guru) take a look at it: It took Robbie all of 40 seconds to find the right setting and correct the issue. In short, everyone at Waikem treated me like a valued customer in spite of all the extra headache, paperwork and hassle required to resolve my issues.
