First I got sold a certified pre owned with bad breaks and a broken heated seat then the guy that sold me the car wouldn’t return my calls or texts (Joe Capuano) then service eventually got my car and wha and a broken heated seat then the guy that sold me the car wouldn’t return my calls or texts (Joe Capuano) then service eventually got my car and what was supposed to be a next day fix took over a week with them telling me one thing then doing something completely differently. Multiple missed timelines. They did bring me a loaner car eventually which I appreciated however it was already after I had to call off a day of work. Once I got my car back (a week later) the breaks were super soft and almost went to the floor. Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Complete disaster. Incompetent staff through and through. 0 out of 10 I wouldn’t come back here if you gave me a car for free. More
