At first, I was frustrated due to the length of time it took to diagnose the vehicle, as well as the lack of communication/miscommunication in regards to the waiver claim being approved and getting a loane took to diagnose the vehicle, as well as the lack of communication/miscommunication in regards to the waiver claim being approved and getting a loaner vehicle.
