We had a great experience at Waikem Mitsubishi - our salesman, Roger Kinney was very knowedgable, friendly and patient during the negotiations. We are return customers to this dealership because of the last vehicle we purchased (a 2006 Outlander) - it ran as good as it did the day we bought it, but because it was 8 years old we decided that it was time to buy a new one. I came to Waikem to purchase a new car. We actually went on a Saturday and started the deal with Carl. He was very friendly, listened to what I wanted and didn't try to oversell me. I did have to come back on Monday to finish the paperwork and that is when Terri stepped in.( Carl had caught a bug) I picked out the specific Outlander Sport I wanted and we took it for a drive. I have never had someone so thoroughly demonstrate the features of the car I was buying as Terri did. While we signed the final paperwork Terri even went back and helped the guys finish detailing it. Once it was brought around she set up the Bluetooth for me and we went happily on our way. Carl has called since and asked how it was doing for us and making sure we were happy with the purchase. We are, and we will gladly recommend Waikem to our family and friends when it is time for them to buy a new car. More
