You quoted me that it would take two hours and the price of the two switches were outrageous. 712.00 dollars for a 45 min job of replacing the master switch and the cost of the switch was 4 times as much as what the cost was on the net. The customer service is great. I was able to get my appointment in a timely manner. I only waited about a hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Great job! I was able to get my appointment in a timely manner. I only waited about a hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Great job! More

Service was done efficiently and courteously. However, I was there for about an hour and a half. That seemed a little long. However, I was there for about an hour and a half. That seemed a little long. More
I've always been wary of taking cars to dealerships for maintenance and service, but Waikem Hyundai changed that and I was happy to admit I was wrong for generalizing dealerships. That said, I'm not a fan maintenance and service, but Waikem Hyundai changed that and I was happy to admit I was wrong for generalizing dealerships. That said, I'm not a fan of Diehl and will be visiting a different dealer for maintenance. I wasn't overly impressed with the service advisor I worked with - he seemed agitated when I told him I was buying my air filters on Amazon and that I didn't want to get my brake pads changed. But whatever, I guess I can expect that. This is a small thing, but kind of a big thing because it's so simple and helpful - for the last 3-4 oil changes, the sticker that says mileage and date for next oil changed hasn't been put on the windshield. Are mechanics constantly forgetting this, or is it something that's not done anymore? Either way, it's annoying and inconvenient. Another small yet big issue - my car had been notifying me for weeks that my washer fluid was running low. I thought "no problem, I have an oil change coming up, they'll fill it up." ...but they did not. So when I tried to wash the thick layer of pollen off of my car but couldn't because the reservoir was empty, I was surprised. In the future, I plan to go to a different dealership. Or maybe even Valvoline honestly lol. More
