Diehl consistently offers the best prices compared to any other dealership I've considered. Rick took the time to assist me, even though I mentioned I wasn't planning to purchase at that moment. Brought my new car in for it's first oil change. Service was done in a timely manner as I waited on site for it. On my way home, I realized that the TPMS hadn't been reset. After trying to find Service was done in a timely manner as I waited on site for it. On my way home, I realized that the TPMS hadn't been reset. After trying to find instructions in the manual, I called the service department and was told that I had to drive back to the dealership to have it reset. Another hour of my time to drive there and back on my day off. Not the best first impression of the service department but they did give me a free oil change to use in the future. More
