I couldn’t be more impressed with the process of buying my Crosstrek from Diehl Subaru! Dan Auman, my sales person was so informative (without being condescending, which is an experience I’ve dealt with pr my Crosstrek from Diehl Subaru! He stayed after hours when there was a complication with my trade in, (a title issue with my previous finance company) and even came in on his day off to finish the process. The sales manager was so accommodating, and everyone I encountered from the receptionist I spoke to initially to set up the test drive, to the other sales staff, who offered me refreshments, could not have been more pleasant and professional! Tim Smith, who did my financing was amazing as well, and also stayed late to help me get the best interest rate, and to understand which warranty would work best for me, without making me feel like he was “selling” me something I didn’t want or need. Top notch staff, a seamless buying experience, and exceptional people skills make all the difference when there’s a car dealership on every corner.
