We were looking for a newer preowned car with low miles. We didn't find what we wanted at first visit, but the helpful salesmen were diligent in finding us just the right car. When we were told that a car had come back from a lease deal, we found it to be just the car we were looking for. Our salesman, Dan Auman, was very helpful from the first test drive, through the paperwork, and the time he spent showing us all the features of our new Subaru Outback. He even took the time to sinc up my phone to the car. He was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process. We would definitely shop at Waikem again. Thanks Dan. Bonnie B. More

They also respected my time frame and got me out on time so I could get to work. This is my 1st Subaru, and I cannot recommend the brand or the dealership any higher. They are all great! Potential buyer beware On 9/4/17 my wife and I visited waikem Subaru to test drive a 2017 forester. We dealt with sales rep Lisa Randazzo. We were shown a couple of cars and On 9/4/17 my wife and I visited waikem Subaru to test drive a 2017 forester. We dealt with sales rep Lisa Randazzo. We were shown a couple of cars and test drove the forest green car which we both liked very much. After we discussed price we gave a $500.00 credit card deposit to hold the car so we could think it over. I did some local internet price searches and found their offer to be 1500-1800 higher than other local prices. We then decided a truck that we had looked at previously would better suit our needs. I called the dealership on 9/5 to cancel the purchase and asked that the deposit be credited back to my wife's card. I was told that would be no problem and thought we would see the credit in a few days. 2 1/2 weeks later I called the sales reps number on the business card during business hours . There was no answer so I left a message that the credit had not posted. I didn't get a reply so we filed a dispute with Discover Card and finally received a credit on 10/29/17. I work in the credit card industry and know it takes about 48-72 hours for a credit to show. This transaction brings up questions regarding this businesses ethics, reliability, judgement, personnel, customer focus among others. I would not visit this dealership again or recommend it due to the lack of professionalism and credibility shown during this transaction. It should never take 35 business days for a credit back to a credit card and customer calls should be returned in a timely fashion. This business took down our contact information during our visit and never once called my wife or myself regarding this transaction. We are currently enjoying our 2017 Nissan truck that we bought at a great price and had the best buying experience. Stay focused on the customer! I edited this review to correct the sales representative's name after finding the business card. To date there has been no comment from the dealer. Seems like a pattern of ignoring the customer. More
