First Subaru Purchased We were in the market for a new vehicle before year end and have been getting great reviews on the Subaru Outback. After going over the options and taking one for a test drive we settled on the one we felt would fit our needs and ended up taking it home with us. I had pretty well narrowed my choice to a Subaru Outback (including a test drive at another dealer). when I went to Waikem. Erik was by far both the most knowledgeable of the many sales people I spoke with, and the most patient at explaining features and answering questions. He located a car with the options I wanted. When we negotiated a deal, I felt the final price was fair based on research on what others had paid. On the day I picked up the Outback, he spent about 3 hours with me - perhaps 45 minutes on paperwork, but mostly explaining the car and its features. Overall, Erik was probably the best sales person I have worked with, having bought about a dozen cars since 1970. More
