Due to staff issues, it took over 2 weeks just to have the car looked at. then it took another 2 plus weeks to get into the schedule for the repair with an estimate of 10 to 14 hours plus parts. they the car looked at. then it took another 2 plus weeks to get into the schedule for the repair with an estimate of 10 to 14 hours plus parts. they did their best for the part cost by locating some used parts to put into the car. Upon completion, received a call say the car was done but they did a complimentry inspection and found other problems, one being the headlight not working and corroded battery terminals. Was not informed of this matter until the call. both are located in the area they were fixing to begin with. Now I have to make another appointment to get these matters fixed. Plus a hole in the rear support. No estimate was provided with the inspection. This may now affect the cars value and if I should have even done the first repair in the first place. I may have just junked the car and saved 2500.00 in the repair. Jerry tried to help but did not provide the notice on the other items when discussing the initial repair request. Do not know who Dave Thiry is. They located a 15% on coupon to help cut the final bill down to 2150. More
