Thank you for your review. After researching your situation, you had bought a Wrangler 4XE in February that ultimately had manufacturer electrical issues in April. We promptly got you into the service department and began diagnosing your problems. You were given a loaner vehicle that was outside of our normal fleet to accommodate your desire to stay in a Wrangler, and due to the inconvenience and timing of having just bought your vehicle, we made that happen with our only 4XE in stock. We then proceeded to trade you out of your vehicle in June and had to go to northern New York to get the vehicle, because you were specific as to what package and model you would accept. We then absorbed extra costs due to an accounting error on our part, solely in an effort to retain your loyalty. We then were willing to direct-pay your first lease payment to assist in your peace of mind of it being made on time, The payment was not processed prior to receiving funds from you, as we were only making the payment on your behalf and not supplementing the payment for you, which was clearly communicated. We have really made every effort to go above and beyond in every way possible, and it's unfortunate that our business relationship had to end this way. Enjoy your Wrangler 4XE!

So to clear some things up here. 1st -I bought a new Jeep Feb. 28th. It had several issues right away. The 3rd time we had an issue we were told to bring it in for a few days while we were out of town so that service could make sure it was fixed. When we returned 6 days later it hadn't even been looked at yet. Then it sat for a total of 35 days. No one knew what was wrong with it. We had to continually call and ask what was going on. We had to open a case with Jeep to get this moving along. 2nd - The loaner was offered to me after I complained about my Jeep being in the shop so long and about not being able to attend a Jeep event because my Jeep was in the shop. You failed to mention that that Jeep quit working on us while we were driving and we had to return it for another loaner. 3rd - Once it was determined we were going to get a new Jeep, I had asked for my SAME jeep. Of course I would want the same Jeep I had. I had picked that from a few other ones and had bought accessories for it. People pick cars they want all the time, why was I not supposed to want what I had? I am paying for it. I should try to get what I had. 4th- YOUR finance manager wrote our lease incorrectly. You waited 16 days to call us and tell us the loan needed redone and our payments would change. After all we dealt with, now we had another issue. And why should we be responsible for your mistake? and why did it take 16 days to find this out? 5th - The day we signed the new loan, we reminded the financial person our payment was due on the 19th. They said they would rush it through. On the 19th we still hadn't received our payment information, so we stopped by to ask what to do. Brandon said he would check and that it was still processing, and he didn't have any information for us at the time. BUT he offered to pay it THAT day so it wasn't late and we could pay the dealership. I told him I didn't have my checkbook on me and he said that was fine, we could stop in the next day. I emailed him the next morning and asked if he any receipt of the payment or payment information so I could note it for my records. He said it wasn't paid but it was all set up and waiting on our payment. My husband stopped by after work and paid, just as was discussed the day prior. I knew this payment was not going to be supplemented. We never insinuated that. We paid it. I have the proof we paid it, just like we said. The payment was never made and once he saw the bad review he refused to pay it. Lastly, I think it's very interesting that my old Jeep was fixed a week after we got the new one and is now on the lot for sale. Also, I think it's horrible that a place asks you not to give bad reviews and if you do they tell you that you can no longer take your car there for service. He also refused to pay our payment and refunded our money. So now AS NO FAULT OF MY OWN, my payment will be late. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. When you buy a brand new 60k vehicle you should not have to go through all of this. We only had the original one 10 weeks and it was in service for about 38 days. We had the new one for 16 days and had another issue with the lease being wrong, that we were told no one has ever seen before. We had wasted alot of our time with this. All we wanted was our new Jeep to enjoy and drive.
