I brought my car in for service and Jess Hertel did an amazing job. From being polite and professional to being friendly and caring for my probable long wait time. She handled custom service the way it amazing job. From being polite and professional to being friendly and caring for my probable long wait time. She handled custom service the way it should be handled. I can't say enough about the job she did and kept me informed and was always working on a solution for any issue. I believe the dealership scheduled too many cars for the mechanics they had on hand but Jess was able to make it work by taking care of her customers including me.
