Diehl of Robinson responded

Customer dropped his company vehicle off for a check engine light and diesel oil change. Customer was not waiting and was provided a promise completion time in line with his anticipated return to the dealership. Diehl of Robinson spent a substantial amount of time remedying the check engine light. In the middle of the oil change, the technician was fearful that during the removal of the fuel filter, the fuel filter housing would break as it was extremely tight and could possibly crack. Rather than damaging the housing, which would have made the truck inoperable, the technician recommended rescheduling for a time when the housing was in stock in the event of damage. After customer’s approval, the work was performed successfully and to the customer’s satisfaction. Diehl of Robinson services many of customer’s company vehicles and this is the first instance of a complaint.
