"Outstanding, Above & Beyond in customer service!"

I have been a customer for several years and bought the car I am driving today from them! Over the last couple of years the staff & especially the service department members have maintained my vehicle, loaned me a car free of charge for over a week ( due to a repair taking longer than expected) & always ask before doing any additional repairs (providing the exact amount I will be charged, vacume out my car, let me take home a car to "try it out over night". During my last visit for an oil change, what at first was a normal afternoon turned very stressful quickly! After my oil changed I stopped in at Cracker Barrel in Mattoon for lunch with my 6 month old daughter, as I was getting ready to put her in the car the diaper bag bumped the lock on the door, not realizing it at the time ( now my car was locked, my phone, wallet, her diapers, wipes, and bottles were all now locked inside with my keys sitting on the seat) As you might expect, my heart sank from panic that was setting in, here I was alone, with everyone I know at work, not able to help me! Without truly knowing wether they could or would be able to help me get my car open. I called the dealership & immediately they sent someone out to save me from what could have been a very bad situation. May I add again, charging me nothing! 1. Priced lower than anyone around. 2. No haggling over price. 3. Very fair trade in value. 4. LISTENED TO MY NEEDS. 5. Financing experience stress less. 6. No pressure to buy "on the spot". 7. Staff open, honest, kind and courteous. 8. Mark Mckay devoted a lot of time to make sure I got all the accessories I wanted. 9. I would go purchase from them again.
