We ordered a new car in February, car came in on 9/22. The person we dealt with in February was no longer there so there was a lot of confusion about what was told to us by that salesman and new guy said The person we dealt with in February was no longer there so there was a lot of confusion about what was told to us by that salesman and new guy said that he could not honor the interest rate given to us by him that supposedly was locked in. Very disappointing to have this happen because there is nothing I could do about it. I still do not trust most car salesmen and this incident did not help that. I do love my new Lincoln but don’t think I would order again if it takes this long to receive. More
