The staff at Dimmitt is outstanding, they are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.. Dan Robinson in service is very cordial and tries very hard to satisfy service on my car in a timely manne friendly, professional and knowledgeable.. I contacted Caryn Gomez about availability, explained I contacted Caryn Gomez about availability, explained that I wasn’t 100% sure my wife could handle the drive, but if she could and the car was still I contacted Caryn Gomez about availability, explained that I wasn’t 100% sure my wife could handle the drive, but if she could and the car was still available we would like to see it. Immediately Caryn Gomez let me know the car was actually in Clearwater, but she would have it sent to St Pete’s so we could have less of a drive. First thing Saturday, Will Millen contacted me to let me know the ATS was with him and if we could get there, to see him. We pulled into your lot and immediately saw the car was sitting there for us to check and Will was right there to go over the details. We test drove it and bought it. It was getting on to closing time when we saw Carolyn Deary who told us that she was there for as long as we needed, to take care of us. After about 50 years of up selling, we met someone who walked us thru what was available and didn’t pressure us at all to make our decision. More

Worked with Al Harter on a driveline/transmission Shutter problem with 2016 CTS. Al analyzed the problem, recommended a solution and fixed the problem.
