Great Experience! I went car shopping at Dimmitt Cadillac Of St. Petersburg last Monday to look for a new vehicle. I was greeted by DenIz Alkar, who made me feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed me around and guided me through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was extremely informative and he was answering every question of mine patiently. Nowadays, it's commonly seen that car salesman just don't do enough of a good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. Four and three quarter star service overall, 5 star for Al. I needed to replace a lost key fob, and Al Harter, the service rep, did an outstanding job of getting me scheduled quickly. Al has always done a grea I needed to replace a lost key fob, and Al Harter, the service rep, did an outstanding job of getting me scheduled quickly. Al has always done a great job and did so this time as well. The process should have taken about an hour (to reprogram a new and the old key fob). However, it took 2 1/2 hours to complete, because the reprogramming failed twice. Al kept me informed throughout the process, and the wait was comfortable, considering the complimentary amenities available in the waiting area. Overall I am very pleased with the service and will continue to highly recommend Dimmitt to others! More
