Sara Cribbs was very helpful and quick in getting my car to the service department un order for them to diagnos the problem and get it fixed. She kept me informed on how things were going and gave me a time when I could expect my car to be ready. They were done within minutes of when they said it would be ready. Overall it was a great experience. When I got home, there was an issue with my radio and I called the dealership to speak with someone and Sara talked me through how to resolve the issue. She is definitely an asset to Dimmitt. More
