They fixed both problems and I was gone in the same estimated time for fixing the one problem, which was greatly appreciated. Everyone was very nice, offering water, coffee and munchies. They have always set the standard of excellence in dealerships. We have purchased three Cadillac's from Dimmitt, two new and a 2016 Certified SRX this time around. The purchase was seamless, professional and suburb as usual. We felt at home and everyone that crossed our paths made us feel welcomed and special. I want to personally thank John Fabriele for his excellent service, dealing with all facets of the purchase as stated above. Great Service I recently purchased a 2013 ATS and there were a few things that I needed help with. Sara Cribbs was very helpful and quick in getting my car to the I recently purchased a 2013 ATS and there were a few things that I needed help with. Sara Cribbs was very helpful and quick in getting my car to the service department un order for them to diagnos the problem and get it fixed. She kept me informed on how things were going and gave me a time when I could expect my car to be ready. They were done within minutes of when they said it would be ready. Overall it was a great experience. When I got home, there was an issue with my radio and I called the dealership to speak with someone and Sara talked me through how to resolve the issue. She is definitely an asset to Dimmitt. More
