She kept me informed on how things were going and gave me a time when I could expect my car to be ready. They were done within minutes of when they said it would be ready. Overall it was a great experience. When I got home, there was an issue with my radio and I called the dealership to speak with someone and Sara talked me through how to resolve the issue.
