Althea Morgan was our sales expert and was able to answer every question we had or was able to find out in a matter of minutes. She was personable and kind and was able to take care of our needs without pressuring us. In fact we drove the car on Tuesday and didn't return to the lot to buy until Saturday. Everyone in the Land Rover family was amazing. Paul Livernois, the manager, is extremely professional and very good at his job. I purchased a new Cadillac CTS four years ago and have become familiar with DIMMITT Cadillac service department since that time. I have never had to return for a second attempt to again fix something that was done previously. If the service required lasts for more than a few hours, a rental car is offered so that I am not inconvenienced for the day. From the person who greets you with your work order to the billing office, everyone is most cordial and professional. I have also had reason to deal with the personnel at the body shop and that was also a positive experience. Most of the service on my car has been "under warranty", but I feel that I will be treated most fairly at future service visits. These facts are the main reasons that I will most seriously consider purchasing another Cadillac from Dimmitt. More

This past weekend Jamie and I invited a modification to my 98 Range Rover to resolve the fuse box overheating that has worked with measurable results. I hope that John and Jamie are able to take the modification we fabricated and apply to other P38 owners with my same issue. You have a great group of employees!
