I had an outstanding sales experience with Dave Haro at the Dimmitt Showroom as he answered all my questions, provided a test drive and delivered the exact vehicle I switched to! The dealership itself is beautiful with a friendly receptionist providing beverages. The sales experience was the best I have ever encountered at a dealership as Mr. Haro avoided any pressure sales tactics often associated with car buying. Thanks again Dave and I will highly recommend you and your dealership to all my friends and colleagues. More
Excellent Customer Service ! I recently took my Cadillac into Dimmitt and had excellent Customer Service. My service advisor was Patricia Jones. My car had been coated with some kind of paint that a truck in front of me had spilled. Patricia Jones took control and made sure that the Detail Department did everything to make it look as good as new. I was given a loaner to drive while my car was in service. She is very professional and made me feel very calm during what could have been a very trying experience. She is an asset to Dimmitt. I will continue to utilize Dimmitt for all of the servicing of my Cadillac. More
Really a "can-do" attitude! Recently I had to bring my 2014 Cadillac ELR for software issues involving the electronic instrument panel. Both my service advisor Sara Cribbs and s Recently I had to bring my 2014 Cadillac ELR for software issues involving the electronic instrument panel. Both my service advisor Sara Cribbs and service manager Sean Stoger took the time to explain and show me how to properly use specific operations for the proper daily operation of my vehicle. The other issues I had also brought the car in for were properly addressed and repaired in a timely manner. I think both personnel are a positive asset in their respective fields and show excellent PR for the Dimmitt Automotive Group/Cadillac and should be recognized accordingly. I own a 2008 Saab and this is one of the few places that actually has certified Saab staff and can handle the challenges of supporting a vehicle that is no longer manufactured. The staff is incredibly courteous and professional. Everything went smoothly from making the appointment online through the entire service experience. Patricia Jones was great to work with including her timely follow-up on tracking down needed parts. Dimmitt is a 45-50 minute drive, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for the great service!
