Service I bought a 2016 Cadillac from Dimmet and was in to see Kevin Hamvy for my first service. Car had an issue with torque converter and software. That said, got a 2018 loaner — and they called each day to update me on repairs which were completed on schedule. Fast friendly service..,no waiting...in and out quickly — after I grabbed a coffee...a professional service center for sure. Thanks Keven... More

Everyone at Dinmitt was very helpful and courteous-especially Bill Kegan at the Service Desk. Bill even found a great breakfast restaurant for us and provided a complimentary shuttle there! Excellent Service Experience !! I went to Dimmitt Clearwater for some serious service on my CTS. Began with an illuminated dash light for the ABS system.
