What sets Dimmit apart from other dealerships is their service department led by John McCurdy. John has assembled an amazing team - specifically Robert Gordon. Robert goes above and beyond, exceeding expectations over and over again. Excellent communication with work completed to the highest standard. “Trust” isn’t a word typically associated with car dealerships, but Dimmitt has earned my trust as they have demonstrated an amazing level of integrity and willingness to do whatever it takes. They know how to treat customers. When looking for a car we stopped into Dimmitt Cadillac and and were treated like valued customers.
