Contacted Robert Gordon by phone and was called back within 5 minutes. Vehicle went in on a Friday, a rental car was provided and the service was done and the vehicle was ready Monday mid afternoon. Ryen Linder handled the service this time and did an excellent job of keeping me informed. As always the car was detailed before I picked it up. Thanks for the great service experience once again. Fluid (?) leak from engine area Observed fluid on garage floor coming from new 2017 Range Rover Evoque. Stopped at dealer and left car for correction. Was given "Loaner" for conveni Observed fluid on garage floor coming from new 2017 Range Rover Evoque. Stopped at dealer and left car for correction. Was given "Loaner" for convenience. Picked up vehicle. Two days later, again observed fluid leaking from engine area onto garage floor. Called dealer and took vehicle in again for checking issue. Was given a "Loaner" vehicle again. Picked up vehicle after receiving notice from dealer that leak was corrected. 2 days later....no sign of fluid leak on garage floor. Issue appears to have been resolved satisfactorily. This is third vehicle purchased from dealer (Dimmitt) and all contacts have been excellent and meeting expectations. Would recommend to anyone! More

John Fabriele (our sales associate) proactively sought to find a way to meet our mo The review is for the recent sales experience at Dimmitt Cadillac. John Fabriele (our sales associate) proactively sought to find a way to meet our monthly payment. He was successful. But here’s where the true nature of Dimmit mgt was revealed. John explained that they made a mistake by letting us negotiate on a car (demo) they had already sold that morning. Mgt then offered us a brand new car with nav ($1100 option) for the same price. We have never been treated so well at a dealership before!!! All this without us having to complain. This is how Dimmitt does business and why they set the bar for managing customers. Steller experience!!! More
