Went in for an oil change, rotation, wiper blades, and cabin filter. I had a 10:00AM appointment and didn’t leave until 1:30PM legit 3.5 hours. My parents bought a 2020 Traverse. After 5 months and little over 5,000 miles, the vehicle has computer transmission issues. That was the bad news, the bad bad news is Chevy doesn't know when to expect little over 5,000 miles, the vehicle has computer transmission issues. That was the bad news, the bad bad news is Chevy doesn't know when to expect another transmission - could be 4-6 weeks. No updates, No urgency to repair, but they still want the monthly payment. Also, advised my parents that a loaner is provided, a Chevy Bolt which is electric. Every two days, Dimmitt advised to bring back and exchange for another charged Bolt. Asked for another option, told them to go rent one themselves. My dad needs a SUV for health issues and comfortability - why he bought a Traverse. SUV rental through Costco is $800/month - shout out for Cotsco. Do Not Buy from this dealership. If you have problems with your vehicle, you are only a number and not a customer! More

Bought a Silverado 1500 over the weekend and the experience couldn't have been better. Next, it came with a wireless charger but was not updated for my phone Richard again said he would get it working for my phone..... more lies!!! Then after 7 days of owning the car the engine light comes on because the car was misfiring on cylinder #8 they had my car for 8 days and finally fixed it when I picked it up I talked to multiple managers to see if they can do anything they all said talk to this manger Todd oh no talk to this manger Christian oh wait no talk to Bobby this manger they were giving me the run around wasting my time and gas. They NEVER compensated me with anything this place is a joke!!!! And full of liars just playing games with you!!! More

Worst customer service ever. I bought a tonneau cover for my new Silverado as part of my purchase. The very day I brought it home it was leaking badly in the center of cover. I called advisor and they said they talked to service manager and they said bring it in we have a new cover in parts and we'll swap them out. I was there 2 and a half hours and the head mechanic pulled my truck out. The advisor said I have some bad news. They aren't going to change the cover because they all leak. I asked to speak to his boss and it was the service manager. He said the same thing, they all leak. I said just take it off I don't want it. I want a refund. He said because you bought as part of your purchase it going to be hard to do. Finally he looked at the video I had which showed how bad the leak was. He forwarded it to manufacturer and they said it's not supposed to leak like that and they would send me another one. I said can't you just install the one that you ordered for me in parts and he said no, I have to wait for the one from the factory. A week goes by and no phone call. I can't use the back of my truck. finally I called salesman and told him I'm bringing the truck back, I'm tired of waiting. Finally I spoke with GM. He agreed to give me a refund. 9 days and I got my refund. Went to Arrow toppers and they installed a quality tonneau in just 20 minutes. Moral of the story do not buy a tonnuea from the dealership. Service department is the worst service I've ever had and I've bought 10 cars from dealerships. More
