Wendell, it is our understanding that a time-lapse of a few months occurred after your purchase before you returned to our dealership to discuss minor scratches. In situations with such a time factor, it is likely that the scratches worsened over the passing of time. We addressed your issues after months despite there being a 30-day limitation on being able to rectify the concerns. It is unfortunate that we were not able to come to a satisfactory solution. Thank you for the standard generated response. From what I'm told you (Eli) were the manager I was dealing with but didn't meet. And you were very aware of the whole situation as my salesman kept running back to you with every accusation of false advertising I made. I would think a big dealership would go out of their way to back up what they say and atleast attempt to make the customer happy. I mean you did sell me a vehical with a major component not working. I blame you for this whole situation. I would think cooperate (Chevrolet)would set you straight after all the bad reviews I've read about the same tactics. I think they should be made aware of my experience as well as the others I've read.
